BinProof collects stop delivery addresses, driver drop photos, timestamped driveway condition records, and customer contact details strictly to generate delivery proofs and resolve property damage or blocked access disputes.

2. Purpose & Operational Isolation

Photographic evidence and customer addresses are used exclusively by your hauling business to verify container placement and defend against unwarranted damage claims. We never sell, lease, or broker your customer or drop-off records to third parties.

3. Data Security & Encryption

All photo uploads and operational records are transmitted via TLS and stored in secure container-specific directories accessible only through authenticated operator accounts.

4. Data Retention & Portability

Haulers maintain full ownership of all delivery photos, timestamps, and customer logs. Records may be exported or deleted upon request by contacting support@binproof.com.

5. Data Rights & Erasure

Haulers and property owners may request complete data erasure or access logs at any time.
