Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

BinProof provides roll-off dumpster and commercial waste haulers with driver cab sheet photo confirmations, driveway pre-existing condition logs, and delivery dispute resolution records.

2. Truck Pricing & Zero Platform Commission

BinProof is billed at a flat rate of $39 per truck per month ($39/mo). BinProof takes 0% commission on hauling fees, container rental charges, or tipping fees collected by your yard.

3. Cancellation & Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time with no lock-ins, contract terms, or cancellation penalties.

4. Operator Responsibility for Proof Records

Haulers are responsible for ensuring drivers capture clear, legible drop-off photographs and pre-existing driveway condition photos at the time of delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

BinProof provides photo verification and logging infrastructure as-is. In no event shall BinProof be liable for property damage claims, city permit violations, or disputed dumpster rental fees.
